Singapore, 17 March 2016 (Thursday) – Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO)’s Concerts for Little Tots return this year to bring young children on another exciting music adventure with Momo! Audience will follow Momo as he embark on a journey to find his missing pet dog in SCO Concert for Little Tots – Where’s my Doggie?, held on 29 April 2016 (9.30am & 11am) and 30 April 2016 (9.30am,11am & 4pm) at SCO Concert Hall. Children will get an intimate concert experience where they will be seated on stage with the story characters and SCO musicians. This concert will be presented in English.
Choreographed by SCO Assistant Conductor Moses Gay, who is the character “Momo” in the concert, this concert is programmed for children between the ages of 2 to 5 years old. In the concert, Momo loses his beloved pet dog! In order to find his pet dog, he travels around the world through the blazing hot desert, under the deep blue sea and in the far outer space. This concert aims to introduce the major and minor key modes to the children and expose them to the sounds of Chinese orchestra instruments.
