Responsibilities:
- Market spaces within Singapore Conference Hall (SCH) to potential customers and coordinate the booking of spaces
- Manage and coordinate hirers’ bookings and requests during their events
- Have an excellent knowledge of the venue and provide site information to clients and other stakeholders
- Manage and run site-viewing requests
- Manage the invoicing process for hirers’ bookings
- Manage a team of ushers and their work schedule
- Perform concert duties during Singapore Chinese Orchestra and hirers’ events/concerts
- Develop SCH venue rental package kit
- Perform operational and administrative functions as required
Requirements:
- A degree in any academic discipline
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure with a passion and drive to work with people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate well at all levels
- Able to work on weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays for event duties
- Experience in venue marketing and/or event management will be advantageous
