Interested tenants must sign up for the mandatory site visit by emailing kyng@sco.com.sg to make an appointment during office hours.
Interested tenants who wish to seek clarifications shall submit their written request no later than 3 workings days prior to the closing date to Keleen Ng (kyng@sco.com.sg).
Subsequently, proposals must be submitted by the closing date: 23:59 hours (Singapore time) on Thursday, 22 May 2025.

Click here for the Tender DocumentTenderers are hereby invited for the engagement of Civil & Structure Consultant to provide Professional Engineer (PE) assessment of existing building structure using available drawings and survey of existing building structure at 9 Shenton Way.
Interested tenderers must sign up for the mandatory site visit by emailing kyng@sco.com.sg no later than Thursday, April 10, 2025. The visit is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
