SCO Goes to Jalan Kayu

    SCO Goes to Jalan Kayu

This November, the Singapore Chinese Orchestra brings an evening of live music to Fernvale Park, led by Associate Conductor Moses Gay.

Celebrate the richness of Chinese orchestral music through a blend of traditional classics and local favourites, including: Rasa Sayang, Munnaeru Vaalibaa, Moonlight in the City and the ever-popular Xinyao Medley. Together, these works reflect Singapore’s multicultural heritage and shared memories.

The evening features special performances by SCO suona musician Qiu Yan-Tang and guan musician Zhang Shuo, who will perform Hundreds of Birds Adoring a Phoenix and Summer Palace. SCO dizi musicians Lee Jun Cheng and Hu Wen-Hsun will also perform The Roof, bringing warmth and nostalgia through the expressive sound of the dizi.

Gather your family and friends for an evening of music, culture, and community as the Singapore Chinese Orchestra shares the joy of music with audiences of all ages.

    Admission is free!
